Usman Baba Mahmud is the General Secretary of ENetSuD. Statutorily, he is also the Secretary of the Board of Trustees of ENetSuD.

Usman Baba Mahmud haisl from Patigi in Patigi Local Government Area of Kwara State. He was born to the family of Mr & Mrs Usman in 1980. He had his Primary School Education at SIM Primary School, Patigi between 1986 to 1991 and Senior Secondary School Education at Tsaragi Unity Secondary School, Tsaragi in Edu LGA of Kwara State.

He obtained his NCE at Kwara State College of Education Ilorin and a Bachelor of Science (Education) degree in Economics at Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. He recently bagged a Master Degree of Education in Measurement and Evaluation from the Prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

He is at the moment pursuing another Master of Science Degree in Economics at Al-Hikmah University Ilorin. He is married with children and work as a Teacher with Kwara State Teaching Service Commission, Ilorin.

He is a community developer, an advocate for good governance and transparency.
