ENetSuD releases Bill of Quantity for Kwara Hotel Remodeling

The controversial Kwara Hotel contract involves many parts, including the renovation and remodeling of the structures, electrification, interior decorations, furnishings, among others.

In this publication (Summarised BoQ of Kwara Hotel (Remodelling Component), we bring the abridged bill of quantity for the structural renovation / remodeling to public knowledge.

We are carefully comparing the costs proposed by Crystal Group of Companies and the Craneburg Construction Company, and our observations will be published later.

Our ongoing analysis includes the costs associated with all aspects of the project by both companies.
