Anatomy of Kwara Hotel: ENetSuD Revelation

On 17th January, 2024, we disclosed that the worth / market value of Kwara Hotel in 2017 and 2022 respectively were 3.9 billion and 5.4 billion naira, according to the valuation report by Jide Taiwo and Co that the government contracted for the valuation services in the Hotel.

To help the members of the public have a good understanding of the market value of Kwara Hotel as previously disclosed, ENetSuD has considered it necessary to provide details of the physical structures and their ground floor area (GFA) in the Hotel as additional information.
