CEMP Report (Needs of Kwara Communities)

Dear Citizen / Member of the Public,

This report is the outcome of the Citizens Enlightenment and Mobilization Program (CEMP) that was initiated and designed by ENetSuD to access the needs of communities across all the 193 wards in Kwara State, among other objectives as stated in the report.

It was solely funded by the Gobir Organization Foundation, who partnered with ENetSuD to support the needed logistics for the exercise with a sum of Twenty-Six Million, Five Hundred and Twenty-Nine Thousand Naira (₦ 26,529,000).

The report and the data therein are copyrighted. You can re-use, distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to ENetSuD. This means that credit must be given to ENetSuD each time you use the information therein, and the data or information therein must not be used for commercial purpose.

The report is OPEN ACCESS, and you are allowed to download it free of charge, as ENetSuD produced it for non-commercial and non-profit purpose.
