FEDERAL CHARACTER COMMISSION PARTNERS ENetSuD ON BUDGET TRACKING

The Federal Character Commission (FCC) has written a letter of appreciation of ENetSuD’s efforts and sought partnership on the tracking of government projects. The Commission is saddled with the responsibility of enforcing Federal Character principles with the aim of ensuring fair and equitable distribution of positions, socio-economic amenities and infrastructural facilities among the federating units nationwide.
In a letter addressed to the Coordinator of ENetSuD and signed by the Ag. State Director of the FCC on behalf of the Honorable Commissioner, the FCC said it is pleased with the civic effort of ENetSuD at ensuring transparency and anti-corruption for the betterment of the society. The FCC also said that it is indeed proud of ENetSuD’s responsibilities.
In addition to the commendation, the FCC requested to have a working relationship with ENetSuD towards ensuring that the infrastructures are implemented according to the budgetary provisions and fund released. The Commission added that the partnership will go a long way in fulfilling its mandate, thereby creating a better society off corruption and undermining of the masses by public servant and collaborators.
ENetSuD, on its part, received the commendation letter and request for partnership by FCC with a lot of enthusiasm. The gesture from the FCC is an indication that the selfless and out-of-pocket services of ENetSuD in the last 3 years are being noticed and appreciated by members of the public.
