    The purpose of this bill is not clear enough, and there is need for clarity through briefing of stakeholders in order to incite meaningful contributions and inspire public confidence and acceptance.

    Without such detailed briefing, how will the public be assured that it is not a ploy to meddle with settled inter-communal boundaries and spark off civil unrest between neighbours?

    It is highly suggested that any such exercise be withheld until settlement of pending boundary issues, as grant or registration of land belonging to Town A to Town B will lead to chaos. The crucial position of land and boundary matters the world over dictates utmost caution, transparency and sincerity of purpose.

    All the drainage in the state supposed to to dig dip to avoid flooding. I appreciate our present governor for little I
    Adjustment he made but those contractor is not doing well drainage at all
