Mall. Usman Baba Mahmud is the Secretary General of ENetSud.
He attended S. I. M L.G.E.A. Primary school, Patigi and Tsaragi Unity Secondary School Tsaragi, Kwara State. He then proceeded to Kwara State College of Education Ilorin where he obtained his NCE in Mathematics/Economics in 2003. His quest for education propelled him to Usmanu Danfodio University, Sokoto where he obtained a Second Class Upper Division Bachelor of Science (Education) degree in Economics Education in the year 2011.
He completed his mandatory one year National Youth Service Corp at Niger State College of Education as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Economics. He is currently working with Kwara State Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development as a Teacher.
